About Me

I used to bag groceries for a well know grocery store corporation. It was amazing and I loved it the entire 4 years I was there, but I had aches and pains that I could not explain. None of the work related injuries I had we treatable and there also seems to be zero signs but plenty of symptoms. One day, a customer mentioned that I had an amazing personality and was very compassionate and should consider the field of massage therapy. I looked at her, extremely puzzled, but later looked into it. NHI(National Holistic Institute), the Emeryville location showed up on my screen and after my first free sample class, I was hooked. 10 months later, I am a certified massage therapist, energy work practioner, and continuing my education to become a neuromuscular therapist. I have found my life's passion, gotten to know my own body, heal myself from the previous jobs work related injuries, and learned to facilitate healing in others, along with being a health educator.
